These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KOBRIKSHOP website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. 2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is fixed at the time your order is confirmed. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

The original "was" price shown reflects the product's previous selling price on this website within the last 30 days, in accordance with the UK Pricing Practices Guide.

3. Ordering & Contract

By clicking "Add to Cart" and completing checkout you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it (e.g. stock unavailability or pricing error), in which case a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

4. Delivery

• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days. Free on orders over £14.99.
• Express next-day delivery: available at checkout (order before 2pm Mon–Fri).
• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours Mon–Fri from our Manchester warehouse.
• We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@kobrikshop.co.uk. We will arrange free collection and issue a full refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for up to 6 years from purchase.

6. Warranty & Liability

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOBRIKSHOP Ltd's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos and design is the property of KOBRIKSHOP Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
